Lunate dislocation


•Can follow fall on outstretched hand

•Severe pain in the wrist

•Can be identified on lateral view of wrist x-ray


Peri-lunate dislocation / fracture dislocation / other carpal dislocations


•All these are serious injuries that will require manipulation under anaesthesia and/or internal fixation. Refer urgently to orthopaedic SHO
