•Treat with utmost emotional support

•Senior female nurse to be involved and female doctor

•Confine you examination and investigation to diagnose injuries that need immediate treatment such as fractures and lacerations

•Vaginal examination should be avoided unless you suspect gross trauma that need immediate treatment

•Any clothing removed to be placed in sealed plastic bags.

It is not your duty to perform forensic examination, this should be performed by Police surgeon after resuscitation and treatment of injuries
