Welcome to our department March 2018 | by EMauthor Most of the contents in this manual have been agreed between the ED and other departments. It should form the basis of management of different conditions presenting to ED and more importantly it should form the basis of referral. This manual in various editions as been in use for over 15 years. Thanks go to Michael McCabe, Mike Imana and Saad Abdulla who developed early versions of this handbook. It is not intended to be an exhaustive guide to Emergency Medicine itself--rather it should address various pitfalls and provide local guidance. Latest content April 2018 | by EMauthor The manual is updated regularly. Sometimes recent additions are not visible because the browser is using the cache rather than the web server. To make sure you can see the latest version there is a refresh button at the bottom of each individual page, or you can use you browser's refresh button. |
